154 Synthesis and characterization of Vaniline using Tamarind
By : Yadav Ketaki N., Sudhir Salvi and Vishal Mhamunkar
Abstract : The role of naturally available fruit juice in organic synthesis has attracted the interest of chemists. Particularly from the view of Green Chemistry. This review summarizes the versatile synthetic applications of fruit juice as a biocatalyst in different chemical transformation. Tamarind juice catalyzed reaction including Biginelli Pyramiding Synthesis respectively. Tamarind Juice was used as a biocatalyst for Reduction of carbonyl Compounds & Hydrolysis of ester, amides & anilines.

158 BIOCONTROL OF MYCOFLORA OF PIGEON PEA SEEDS BY USING TRICHODERMA SPECIES
By : Patil Dhananjay, Kadam R.M. and Biradar R. P.
Abstract : Pulses are important sources of nutrients and can serve as high quality dietary protein sources to meet nutrient requirements (Perumal et al., 2001; Escudero et al., 2006). Pulses seeds have an average of twice as much protein as cereals and the nutritive value of the proteins are usually high (Vijayakumari et al., 1997).

169 Studies on clinical, gross and histopathological changes during experimental caecal coccidiosis of broiler chicks.
By : Sudhir Naphade
Abstract : The present communication deals with clinical, gross and histopathological changes in broiler chicks infected with 50000 sporulated oocysts of E. tenella. The symptoms show lowered feed and water intake, inactive huddling ruffled feathers, reddish, bloody diarrhea. After post mortem the caeca showed that gross lesion scattered petechiae on the caecal wall large amount of blood or caecal wall greatly thickened. Histopathological changes showed distoration of villi, edema, and congestion of sub mucosa, muscular layer and low villous height.
